What types of credit cards can be used to purchase the software?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and Eurocard cards.

Are my credit card details secure?
Yes! All credit card transaction information is sent from your browser to our servers via the most secure encrypted connection available. If you're uneasy about using your credit card online, you may use a check or money order instead .If you have questions about orders, payments, or delivery, please visit the Customer Care Center.

Do you offer multi-user and corporate licenses?
Yes, please contact our corporate sales team(salesholersoft.com) to discuss your individual multi-user licensing requirements.

When will I receive my license code information after purchasing?
When purchasing by credit card, you will immediately receive your registration and license code information via email. If the product is purchased using one of our alternative billing methods, you will receive your registration and license code information as soon the payment has been received and cleared.

I just purchased online but I didn't receive my receipt via email. What happened?
Receipts are sent immediately after the order has been processed. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and that the computer or ISP does not have a firewall or SPAM/ad-blocker affecting the delivery of email, please also ensure you entered a correct email address.


I lost my Registration Code. Can you resend it to me?
Yes, please send us your name and address/email information, we will resend your Registration Code.

My Registration Code doesn't work. Help!
Please note that you have to enter the license code exactly as given in your license message, with the same spacing and case.
You need not input the license code by keyboard. You just need select the license code by mouse or keyboard, and press CTRL + C to copy it, and press CTRL + V in the license code edit box to paste it. Then, please press OK button.
